Access to the data will be limited to those members of Keep Wales Tidy staff involved in the recruitment of staff and volunteers.     All unsuccessful applicant forms will be deleted and hard copies shredded or disposed of via a confidential waste service within six months of the end of the recruitment period. Personal details will also be securely saved on the charity’s H.R. Database with limited access by responsible staff members.
